They are crucial mechanical products closely related to production construction, national defense, and daily life. Ball valves are used in various pipeline systems to cut off or connect media flow, ensuring that media are transported to designated points according to predetermined procedures.

1. The manual part can use a handle made of pressed steel plate or cast stainless steel. The handle has a limit structure with set positions for opening and closing. When used in critical installations, the limit block includes lock holes to secure the switch position and prevent misoperation. The handle has clear open and close markings.

2. The valve stem is made of A182F (1Cr13) forged as a whole and tempered to achieve a hardness of HB220–250. The stem connects to the handle via a flat key, spline, or square key, ensuring good versatility and easy disassembly. The valve stem features an anti-blowout structure.

3. The valve packing uses braided, flexible graphite seals or PTFE seals, ensuring reliable sealing with proper lubrication of the valve stem.

4. As needed, the ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure, incorporating conductive springs between the ball and stem, and the stem and body, to prevent static sparks from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.

5. Various sealing pair forms are available. Depending on the working conditions, soft seal, hard seal, or fire-safe valve seat structures can be selected; floating ball form for DN150 and below, fixed ball form for DN200 and below.

6. The ball valve seat can include an auxiliary sealing structure. Grease injection valves can be added to the seat and stem areas for temporary sealing in emergencies. The stem can also be extended for buried pipeline applications as required.
